Return & Refund Policy
Liz and I thank you for shopping at IndigoLuxeCollections.com. Our goal is to make everyone completely gratified with their purchase. We understand sometimes circumstances arise and items need to be returned or a refund is needed. If this is the case, we are more than happy to help. Please find the guidelines and criteria below that need to be followed.
Returns / Exchanges
We require that items be returned 21 calendar days from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return / exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Item(s) must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with tags. It is extremely helpful item(s) have the receipt or proof of purchase that was received. If the receipt is not available and all the refund criteria is met. A store credit will be issued.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will let you know that we have received your returned Item(s). Next, we will then notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item(s). If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning their item(s). Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
